1. Service Description

StayScore provides AI-powered analysis of Airbnb listings. Users submit a publicly available Airbnb listing URL, and our service generates a score and improvement suggestions based on the listing's content, photos, and reviews.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All analysis reports, scores, and suggestions generated by StayScore are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information.

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed critically and verified independently before acting on it
  • Scores are approximations based on publicly visible listing data — they do not reflect Airbnb's internal ranking algorithms
  • Suggestions are informational only and may not account for your specific market, property type, or business circumstances
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content

3. No Professional Advice

StayScore provides informational suggestions only. Our service does not constitute and should not be relied upon as professional hospitality, real estate, business, financial, legal, or tax advice. For professional guidance, consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that implementing any suggestions from our reports will result in improved bookings, higher revenue, better search ranking, increased occupancy, or any other specific outcome. Actual listing performance depends on many factors outside of StayScore's analysis, including market conditions, pricing, seasonality, competition, and Airbnb's proprietary algorithms.

5. User Authorization

By submitting a listing URL for analysis, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner or authorized manager of the Airbnb listing, OR
  • You have permission from the listing owner to analyze the listing
  • The listing is publicly available on Airbnb

We analyze only publicly available information. We do not access private Airbnb account data.

6. Accounts

Accounts are created using your email address. Authentication is passwordless via secure email links. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.

7. Payments and Pricing

  • Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions
  • LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing
  • Prices are displayed on the website and may be subject to applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; price changes do not affect previously completed purchases

8. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal

Our reports are digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

9. Refund Policy

  • Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable
  • If our service fails to deliver a report due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased report, contact us and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund
  • Refund requests can be sent to support@stayscore.ai

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit listings you are not authorized to analyze
  • Use automated tools to submit bulk analyses without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our analysis methodology
  • Resell or redistribute analysis reports without permission
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

11. Intellectual Property

  • Analysis reports are provided for your personal and business use
  • You may share reports with co-hosts, property managers, or service providers working on your listing
  • Our website content, branding, and analysis methodology remain our intellectual property

12. Third-Party Trademarks

“Airbnb” is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc. StayScore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Airbnb, Inc. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Analysis results are AI-generated suggestions based on publicly available data
  • We do not guarantee that implementing our suggestions will increase bookings, revenue, or ratings
  • Scores and suggestions are informational guidance, not professional advice
  • We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on our analysis
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific analysis in question
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, bookings, or business opportunities
  • We shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content

15. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

16. Service Availability

  • We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes

17. Rate Limits

  • Free analyses are subject to daily limits per email address and IP address
  • Users who have purchased any report receive unlimited analysis access
  • We reserve the right to adjust rate limits to maintain service quality

18. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
