Terms of Service

These Terms cover StayScore and its reports. See Operator and contact for our identity and contact details.

1. Using StayScore

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and have authority if acting for another person or business. Submit only a listing you own or are authorised to manage, and information you have the right to provide for this service.

Keep your email and sign-in links secure. Tell support if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not send passwords, sign-in links or full card details.

Do not submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, access another person’s account or report, bypass security, payment or usage limits, or collect personal information about unrelated people.

2. What you receive

One payment buys delivery of one digital report for one property and one analysis of the listing evidence supplied or retrieved, including a downloadable PDF. It includes supported category scores, recommendations, three proposed titles, a rewritten description, photo advice and an action checklist. Unavailable or insufficient evidence may limit the assessment.

The purchase does not include editing your Airbnb listing, human review, unlimited analyses or a new assessment after you change the listing. StayScore is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb.

AI reports can contain mistakes. Check facts and the suitability of suggestions before using them. Scores assess the evidence reviewed; they are not Airbnb rankings or predictions of bookings or revenue. We do not guarantee a commercial result.

3. Payment and delivery

Analysis starts with a free preview. Payment is offered only when the full report is ready; payment unlocks that existing report after the provider confirms the transaction. Return to My Reports with the verified account linked to the report. A payment redirect or receipt email alone does not unlock access, and a missing report email does not remove saved access. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

The Welcome offer is USD34.99 including applicable tax, with a USD49.99 reference price: the intended later price, not a claim about previous sales. The offer applies to every report while available. The price and currency shown before payment apply to your order; later changes do not change completed purchases.

Paddle is the merchant of record and handles checkout and payment receipts; its Buyer Terms govern your transaction with Paddle. Payment details may show YourStaySite, and the card statement may include YOURSTAY.

4. Your content and report

You retain your existing rights in submitted information. You allow us and the providers described in our Privacy Policy to retrieve, copy, process and store it as needed to provide, secure and support your requested service. This does not transfer ownership or authorise unrelated advertising use.

You may use and adapt suggested wording for your property and share the report with people helping you manage it. StayScore’s software, branding and other customers’ information remain separate. AI suggestions may resemble other outputs; exclusive rights are not promised. Check rights in material you choose to publish.

5. Availability, restrictions and changes

Your purchase is for the one-time delivery of the report, not continuous access to our website. Download and retain your PDF when it is made available. Complimentary online access and interactive features may be changed or discontinued; we do not promise uninterrupted availability, a minimum hosting period or permanent storage. This does not excuse failure to deliver a usable report or remove refund rights, mandatory legal rights or other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may change the service for future purchases without retrospectively reducing rights attached to completed purchases.

Maintenance, security measures and third-party failures may affect access. We do not promise a fixed support-response time.

We may proportionately restrict access for misuse, security risks, legal requirements or payment reversals. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the restriction and allow you to contact support. Suspension does not remove valid refund or other legal rights.

6. Refunds and responsibility

Within seven days of delivery, if your report contains materially incorrect property details, is missing a promised section or is unusable because of a delivery problem, you may choose a correction or a refund. You do not have to implement the advice first.

If payment is confirmed but you cannot access the full report, check My Reports and contact support with the report or order reference. Do not pay again while a transaction is awaiting verification. Failed delivery is separately refundable; the seven-day quality window does not remove that remedy.

Our report-quality promise is additional to your applicable statutory rights and rights under Paddle’s terms; it does not shorten them. Applicable cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain available. Checking the Terms box or purchasing alone does not waive a right of withdrawal. We remain responsible for the care required by applicable law. You decide how to use suggestions. A recommendation does not make us responsible for a commercial outcome, but this does not exclude responsibility for breaching our obligations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or deliberate wrongdoing, or limits mandatory consumer remedies.

7. Privacy, complaints and these Terms

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. Use the contact details below for complaints or questions; payment help is also available from Paddle buyer support. You retain access to competent courts and consumer dispute bodies available under applicable law. We do not require arbitration or waive those routes.

Changes apply prospectively. Published Terms identify their version and effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest applies to the extent lawful.
